About us

Established in 1980, North West Medical Supplies Ltd has concentrated on marketing a portfolio of top quality products supported by the highest levels of customer service.

Our management team has over 50 years combined experience in manufacturing, sourcing and supplying healthcare products to the NHS, Private Hospitals, Distributors and Nursing Home Groups, supported by dedicated customer service and administration teams at our offices in Glasgow and Peterborough.

From our Distribution Centre we provide weekly, fortnightly and monthly deliveries nationwide using our own vehicles and a trusted parcel delivery service. Our warehouse and delivery teams pride themselves on cleanliness and helpfulness to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and is delivered to the most convenient point for you.

Our ISO9001:2001 and EN13485 Quality System ensures all our processes, from manufacture or sourcing of products, right through to our after sales service, provide the highest level of service.
